1. Enrollment

• Students must complete registration and submit medical disclosures. Minors require parental consent.

• Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances (injury with medical certificate).

2. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is mandatory for belt progression.

• Disrespectful behavior, bullying, or misuse of training may result in expulsion without refund.

3. Liability Waiver

• Participants train at their own risk. The academy is not liable for injuries sustained during classes/events.

4. Payment

• Fees are due quarterly in advance. Late payments incur a ₹200/week penalty.

5. Governing Law

• Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Lucknow courts.
